Smokers are offered support lasting 12-16 weeks (length may vary).
You will get support to help you quit smoking and also access to NRT (Nicotine Replacement Therapy). These will double your chances of quitting.
Your local Quit Your Way service can offer a one-to-one appointment, telephone appointment or other tailored support. We also provide support to smokers in hospital. To book an appointment call our Freephone Number 0800 783 9132.
Alternatively, you can attend your local pharmacy for support (No appointment required).

All clinics are subject to change. The clinics run in different formats (drop in, appointment etc) and are run in various settings. Community Halls, GP’s, Pharmacies etc.

The telephone helpline is staffed Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. An answering machine is available out with these times and when Officer is on a call.
